Shipping time

We are a Canadian based company that ships out of Vancouver, Canada. 

Prices are in CAD and include postage and delivery fees.

We offer tracked, flat rate shipping across Canada & the United States through Canada Post (Duty free):

BC, CANADA- FLAT RATE $15

REST OF CANADA -FLAT RATE $25

USA - FLAT RATE $25

International shipping (tracked)-

*UK -FLAT RATE $70 EXPRESS DHL

*UK- FLAT RATE 30 STANDARD

If shipping destination is outside of Canada or U.S, mail times can vary greatly depending on customs processing, ranging from 1-12 weeks. Note Customs and duty may apply.

Processing time

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your order before we ship the item. As we are a small company, during busy times or sales it may take longer (up to 7 days).

Pre order Items-

Orders placed on or after Jun 1st ship in early July.

7-14 days from date of purchase for Canada & USA

4-6 weeks from date of purchase for International orders

We use Multiple services depending on where the item is being shipped.

*International shipping -Customers assume all costs associated with declaration value in accordance with their country duty and tariff costs. Please contact your local post office facility for further information concerning custom duties or fees.

ALL items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please review all your personal, contact, and shipping information before you place an order with Nisha Parekh Fashion Design.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

In any account you have provided us with the wrong shipping address, we are not liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to provide you any refund. In any account that a package is lost or stolen and you have not paid for shipping with insurance, we are not liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to provide you with a refund.

DELAYS/ LOST PACKAGE

We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

If a package is not received after 30 days standard shipping in North America or 60 days international, please contact info@nishaparekh.com

Please note that once your order has been shipped, Nisha Parekh Fashion Design is not liable for any delays, damage or losses to your parcel. Any issues that may arise will need to be raised with the associated courier provider. 

MISSING PRODUCT

In case a product is missing from your shipment please email us within 24 hours of the receipt of the shipment for us to investigate further

CANCELLING/ALTERING AN ORDER 

We are not able to combine orders or refund shipping on multiple orders.

Please be sure you are checking out with the correct items as we are not able to alter an order once it has been placed.

DUTIES & TAXES:

NISHA PAREKH FASHION DESIGN cannot be held responsible for any Duties and Taxes that may be incurred by the customs of your country and any additional charges rest with the customer.  Please contact your local customs office if you would like information regarding duties and taxes.  Shipments which are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee.  If the package is returned to NISHA PAREKH FASHION DESIGN, the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.

Order tracking

Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link for tracking. Please allow up to 72 hours to start tracking your package. If tracking information is not received please contact us for an update at info@nishaparekh.com

Returns & Exchanges

ALL tems are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

-We strongly suggest you precisely note measurements before purchasing.

-Color may vary slightly due to the photo lighting sources or your screen settings.

What if I have received a faulty/defective product?

We are super diligent about our quality checks. In a rare case if you receive a faulty/defective product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include your order number and clear images of the defect in the email.

Warranty

We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged.This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages occurred from accidents or misuse. If you feel that the item you purchased has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@nishaparekh.com WITHIN 48 HOURS. Please include your name, order #, and any photos of the damaged area.
